Health and Safety at TrustWeek 2022

TrustWeek 2022 will be returning live and in-person in Atlanta. We can’t wait to welcome you! In preparing to greet you in-person, we are committed to taking rigorous health and safety measures to provide the safest possible meeting space. We will continue to monitor the ever-evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic.

If we need to make adjustments to our plans and/or health and safety policy, you will be directly notified. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these measures, and we can’t wait to welcome you in-person!

Atlanta

We’re working closely with our event venues, and plan to follow all federal, state, local laws and CDC guidelines. We will require all in-person attendees to be fully vaccinated (as described by the CDC). We will also require that each attendee show proof of vaccination upon check-in. See details below.

  • TrustWeek 2022 attendees must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to pick up a badge at registration. Valid proof of vaccination can be your Vaccination Record Card or electronic proof of vaccination, such as a scan or photo of your card.
  • Attendees must be fully vaccinated with an approved vaccine by the date of the Conference which he/she plans to attend. Fully vaccinated means that you must be at least 14 days post-first shot of a one-dose COVID-19 vaccine or post-second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to checking in at the event are permitted to attend the event.
  • We will follow local laws and/or venue requirements for masking and social distancing at the Conference – Please continue to check back for more updates.
  • We encourage you to pack enough face masks for the event and any flights/public transportation; however, we will also have masks onsite for your use.
  • Hand sanitization stations will be placed throughout our venue to encourage frequent use.
  • We will provide outdoor space for eating (weather-permitting) and set all spaces to be respectful of social distancing efforts.
